Lenovo doesn't just have Motorola. It also has ZUK mobile as its sub-brand so we won't be surprised if Lenovo's numbers improve significantly this year. It's been very busy recently and it just announced the new ZUK Z2.
Instead of the "true 3D glass" that the ZUK Z2 Pro sports, the Zuk Z2 offers a 5-inch 2.5D glass, which is something still uncommon among phones, much less in phones of the Zuk Z2's price range.
The budget-friendly device is now below $300 with some specs downgraded like the RAM now down to 4GB. The processor is still a Qualcomm S820. Other specs include a 5.0-inch Full HD screen, 13MP camera (ISOCELL and PDAF), 8MP front-facing camera (wide-angle), 4G/LTE connectivity, 646GB onboard storage, Dual SIM support, fingerprint scanner, and a 3500mAh battery. The device also takes advantage of the Quick Charge 3.0 tech by Qualcomm. Phone also runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow on but is topped by the ZUI 2.0 interface.
It is unknown when the phone will head to other markets, but the Lenovo Zuk Z2 looks promising, so it won't be a shocker if it finds its way to the Western markets soon. GizOK has already listed the phone for $299 in its website, but it's not available for purchase just yet.
